HWW 4500 INOX receives “Best of Heimwerker Praxis 2020” accolade
In its first issue of 2020, as it does every year, German product test magazine Heimwerker Praxis looked back and picked out the previous year’s best tools, machines and products. Our HWW 4500 INOX booster sets took the “Best of Heimwerker Praxis 2020” title in the “Booster set” category.
This extract from the January 2020 issue of Heimwerker Praxis gives the reasons for the test result:
HWW 4500 INOX booster sets from T.I.P.
“As concern for the environment grows, alternatives to conventional home and garden water supply are coming into increasing use. These include rainwater use in conjunction with a booster set like the HWW 4500 INOX from T.I.P., one of the leading pump manufacturers in the market. In our test the HWW 4500 INOX earned praise for being so easy to start up. In the test set-up it delivered around 1.7 bar working pressure at the connection for the water outlet. The pump is controlled by a pressure switch that switches on at 3 bar pressure in the pressure vessel and off at 1.5 bar. The pressure in the 22 litre stainless steel vessel can be checked any time on the easy-to-read gauge mounted on the top of the pump. The delivery rate is relatively high at 4,350 litres per hour. In our comparison test the HWW 4500 INOX also impressed us with its high-quality workmanship.”
