Quality: ISO 9001
Our production facility is ISO 9001-certified. What exactly does that mean?
The ISO 9001 standard is the most important and widely-used international standard for quality management. This standard is the basis for the continual improvement process in organisational quality management systems (QMS).
ISO 9001 defines the requirements for quality management systems that organisations must satisfy, in order to meet both customers’ standards and further requirements for product- and service quality.
The core of ISO 9001 is the process-oriented approach. Organisations must ensure that a process-oriented quality management system monitors and evaluates all essential business processes. This allows even well-run organisations to identify and harness possibilities for improvement.
The aim of ISO 9001 certification for our production facility is to fulfil and document the high quality requirements that we have for our quality management system. In line with this standard we constantly strive to improve the transparency of our business processes and our overall performance as a company.
Our most important goals in connection with ISO 9001 certification are the satisfaction and sustained trust of our customers.
