T.I.P. Extrema submersible dirty water pumps – Extrema 500/13 IX
The Extrema 500/13 IX features extra-high-quality design and technology: its all-stainless steel pump housing, water-cooled motor and self-lubricating precision ball bearings make this an extremely resilient pump, suitable for non-stop running. This absolutely top-class pump enables high flow rates and is suitable for particle sizes even up to 45 mm. It can also be used for transporting high-temperature liquids – up to 50 °C in normal operation, for short periods (approx. 4 min) even up to 95 °C. In addition, it features a lockable float switch for automatic or manual operation.
Package includes:
– 2 x 57.29 mm (2” female) connecting bend
– 59.61 mm (2” male)/47.80 mm (1½” male)
– hose connection 51/38 mm
Flow rate and static head:
12 m – 6,830 l/h
10 m – 12,425 l/h
8 m – 18,830 l/h
6 m – 22,950 l/h
4 m – 26,360 l/h
2 m – 29.225 l/h
A pump’s flow rate is mainly dependent on its static head. The term “static head” refers to the height difference between the water surface and the water outlet. The above table gives the capacity of the Extrema 500/13 IX submersible dirty water pump at different static heads. At a static head of 2 metres, for example, the expected delivery rate for this pump is 29,225 litres per hour.
